North Carolina has their own special style of BBQ, and it is SO good! Since we were in the south, I had to get some good Southern sides. I got Pork Ribs, Pulled Pork, Collard Greens, Fried Okra, Hush Puppies and Corn Bread Sticks—the food was so awesome they didn’t need fancy plates.

We were visiting Wilmington and I Googled this restaurant. We wanted BBQ as close to Lexington BBQ and we totally found it!!! We ate there 3 times in a week and a half and even brought home 3 pounds of BBQ for our friends/family and of course a pound for ourselves.
