Captain Alan Held
Captain Alan Held and his First Mate Kaete make sailing a breeze. The Captain has over 35 years of experience at the tiller, and Kaete is a “Real Jersey Shore Girl”. Their fast and comfortable 30 foot sailboat, ‘Jammin’, glides with ease while taking you on an incredible and exciting journey on the historic Cape Fear River. Sailing trips on ‘Jammin’ will glide upriver along the River Front Downtown and then head downriver past the NC State Port towards the Brunswick River’s southern entrance.
Over fifteen years ago Alan earned his USCG Masters Captain License with time on sailboats, power boats and tow boats. Making the crew feel at ease in all situations is his focus and utmost priority. Kaete is an Artist and Art Educator in Wilmington and her goal is to make the tour fun for everyone.

2 Hour Sail On The Cape Fear River
Departs 9:30 am, 12:15 pm or 3:15 pm
Explore Wilmington history and beautiful scenery on the Cape Fear River. Call to arrange a departure time. This is a good value for a party of six at under $21 per person. Per Boat (up to 6 people) Breakfast Tour includes Continental Breakfast. Other Tours include snacks and beverages
Sunset Sail departs two hours before Sunset Cost: $200 for up to six passengers. Bring your own wine or beer if you wish.
