About Coquina Fishbar
Coquina Fishbar is a local, family-owned scratch kitchen tucked inside Mayfaire Town Center, and it’s become one of Wilmington’s most beloved seafood destinations. The menu boasts the area’s largest selection of fresh local oysters alongside creative land-and-sea dishes — from conch fritters and whole snapper to handhelds, dinner salads, and nightly specials.
