Terms of Use

Welcome to Access Wilmington. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site

Access Wilmington is a free local guide to events, dining, nightlife, arts and things to do in Wilmington, NC and the Cape Fear region. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not scrape, copy or republish our content at scale, interfere with the site or use it for anything unlawful.

Accuracy of listings

Events, hours, menus, prices and locations change often. We work to keep listings current, but we cannot guarantee that everything is accurate or complete. Please confirm details with the venue or business before you go. Food trucks in particular move around, so check their social pages for today's location.

Submissions

When you submit an event, business details, photos or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give Access Wilmington permission to publish, edit and promote it on the website, in our newsletters and on our social channels. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.

Advertising and sponsored content

Some placements on the site and in our newsletters are paid. Advertising and sponsored content does not mean we endorse a business, and we are not responsible for the claims advertisers make.

Third-party links

We link to websites, ticketing pages and social accounts we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Newsletters

If you subscribe to one of our newsletters you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Disclaimer and limits of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Access Wilmington and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your attendance at any event or visit to any business listed here.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
