The beautiful new Ida Thai Cuisine located is an update of the famous Ida Thai Restaurant located for years in Carolina Beach. Now serving the communities of Kure and Carolina Beach as well as Beau Rivage and communities surrounding Monte Junction.
At Ida Thai they prepare authentic Thai recipes handed down for generations using only fresh ingredients. All of the curries and sauces are made from scratch. Now in our new location, they offer a wide selection of premium beers, local craft brews, fine wines by the glass or bottle, and an excellent selection of imported sake wines.
We’ve been going to Ida Thai for years. In fact it’s a family favorite any time we are in Carolina Beach. Now we stop every time we come to town. Ordered takeout. Our dinners were ready when they said they’d be. Staff was friendly and quick. The to go containers were packed to the brim. The shrimp and chicken looked pretty good quality. Big veggies. The flavor was great. I ordered the Hawaiian shrimp, chicken and rice meal. Made it medium spice. My husband ordered the Pad See Ew.
